This 60-minute virtual talk inspires employees to help themselves during change. Participants learn a three-step method to notice, name, and nudge themselves out of unpleasant emotions (like fear) and into constructive action. They learn to recognize common fear reactions at work and how to prevent negative coping behaviors. It's ideal for both large audiences of dispersed organizations and for smaller teams experiencing significant change. Can be expanded to 90 minutes to allow for Q&A.
