Join the Fall 2026 cohort waitlistChange leadership cohort: Use behavior science to improve transformation execution
The changecapableTM Leadership Program is a sought-after change leadership development experience. In Fall 2025, the inaugural group cohort exclusively for past clients SOLD OUT in just weeks. This peer-based group cohort will be offered again in Fall 2026.
I developed the program after three decades of advising leaders in world-renowned organizations, tackling some of the most ambitious business challenges and transformation visions. What I saw was that traditional organizational change management wasn't getting results. It felt prescriptive and tactical. It relied on practitioners and expensive outside experts.
Then, while helping launch four innovative digital health behavior change programs, I learned about behavior science. I thought: Why weren't more organizations using this for their transformation efforts?
I started using it in the transformation programs I advised clients on, which focused on building their skills rather than creating dependence on me.
Learn how to drive adoption, navigate resistance, and sustain momentum
It wasn't enough to teach my method one client at a time.
I wanted more leaders to make it more accessible to organizations of all sizes and leaders at all levels.
So I wrote down the things the best leaders do consistently. You can read it in my book, Inspired by Fear: Becoming a Courageous Change Leader.
Those leadership behaviors fall into four key domains taught through my changecapableTM method. This method is the foundation for all my organizational change work, including this signature leadership development program.
But you won't learn this proven method sitting in a classroom.
Real change happens in the wild, so that's where the learning and support should be, too.
The changecapableTM Leadership Program is a 16-week intensive to apply methods on-the-job. Leaders learn alongside peers, and when doubt creeps in, I'm right there with personalized advice to get you through it.
Join other courageous change leaders to learn how to use behavior science to improve execution on your transformation.
I'm thrilled to be your guide and mentor . . . better change is possible.
-Kris
What program participants say:
"AI’ve become much more aware of the difference between reacting versus responding in stressful situations. Now, I pause to notice my emotions and intentionally choose my responses, rather than letting automatic reactions take over. This shift has helped me communicate more thoughtfully and support others with greater empathy, especially during a year of significant change driven by external threats and internal motivations."
"Excellent program and supportive facilitation! Balances different ways of learning and pacing, which is super helpful in making space for this while managing other work. Kris truly knows change and with the focus on emotions, it's an approach every leader should take."
- Jill Lipski Cain, founder @ Arch Empathy
"I am now more intentional about responding rather than reacting. With all that takes place in a given hour, it is critical to "respond" rather than react, which is not productive. I am intentional about processing the information that is provided and responding accordingly, rather than allowing emotions to blur the situation at hand."
"Initially, I wasn't sure if I would be the right fit for this program as I am not in a senior leadership position in my organization. However, the tools and encouragement from Kris and the other participants have allowed me to recognize the influence I do have and the possibility I have to make change in my sphere. The behavioral psychology in particular has been extremely useful to learn about as a way to understand how change affects not only others' emotions, but also my own, and how developing an awareness of our emotional landscapes can help us be more effective at creating lasting change. I have gained new confidence in myself as a leader and I know I will use the skills and knowledge I gained in this course for the rest of my professional and personal life."

Incredible value compared to other change support options...
1 year of consulting = $100,000+
Few organizations can afford a full year of change consulting support. Even if budgets were limitless, consulting often doesn't focus on building long-term capabilities.
Executive education seminar = $4,500+
A one-time executive education seminar might be great in theory. But the stickiest learning happens when it's applied on the job over an extended period of time, personalized to you.
Executive coach retainer = $10,000+
Leaders can grow a lot with personalized support. Yet few coaches have specialized change expertise that can be applied to improving transformation execution.
Join the cohort for $4,800, which includes one year of client portal access.
