Master the art and science of influencing change
The Designed to Influence Program is a 12-week group cohort for leaders who want to influence change in their organization.
Things like:
- New technology
- Introducing a new product or service
- Leadership transitions
- Introducing new employee policies or programs (i.e. benefits, return to office, innovation, AI)
...There's no shortage of changes this program can be applied to!
Participants will learn how to:
❌ Stop guessing what to do
✅ Start using proven, science-backed methods to tap into the emotional triggers that get people to change behavior.
Are you struggling to "manage" change in this highly volatile environment?
Does this describe your work environment: Constant change is burning people out. Fear and anxiety are off-the-charts. Tasks are no longer predictable or linear. Decision-making feels erratic. (Now what? Why?!)
The old way of managing change through controlled, tactical activities isn't working. Many organizations are frustrated and concerned because they're unsure how to support their people in the new normal of constant chaos.
Without a new approach to help people adapt, it feels daunting to achieve business goals.
Both ancient Stoic philosophy and modern behavior science offer a wiser alternative to trying to control change: Influencing.
A more nimble approach involves strategically influencing people to actively opt in through a series of gradual, small behavior changes.
In this group cohort program, participants will learn how to design change that influences behaviors:
- The role of choice in change
- Where to focus influencing efforts
- How emotions influence behaviors
- Gauging progress to adjust influencing activities
Real-world perspective from change leader Cera Day
In my book, Inspired by Fear: Becoming a Courageous Change Leader, fictional composite change leader Cera Day transforms her leadership approach using my methods. Readers understand what good change leadership looks like because they can see and feel the shifts happening through Cera's words and actions.
In the program, brief videos featuring Cera Day further enhance understanding. Participants feel the real challenges faced while leading change through her perspective. They also see and hear the shifts she learns to make to improve her effectiveness.

Kris Jennings
After decades of designing change experiences within and for leading organizations, I've developed a unique, proven approach that leverages emotional intelligence, behavioral science, and positive psychology. It's driven by the need to influence more than control.
I wrote about my approach in my book, Inspired by Fear: Becoming a Courageous Change Leader.
As the world changes, how organizations approach change needs to change too!
I'm inspired to bring more confidence, joy, and adaptability to the world. Will you join me? 🧡
This private invitation is an exclusive offer for past clients.
If you've considered other support options...
12 weeks of consulting = $50,000 +
Few organizations can afford 12 weeks of custom change consulting support. Even if budgets were limitless, consulting doesn't involve social learning and building relationships with peers.
Change certification program = $4,500 +
Sending one of your team members through a one-time three-day change certification class might be great in theory. But the stickiest learning happens on the job over a longer timeframe (plus an expert to boost confidence.)
Executive coach retainer = $5,000 +
Most executive coaches ask for a 6-month retainer commitment. Leaders can grow a lot with this kind of support. But, often it's not a detailed curriculum, so you don't know exactly what to expect.
This 12-week practical growth experience is only $4,000 for people like you!
